Legends Of Oz World is free to play, and fun for Oz fans of all ages. In Legends of Oz World, Dorothy sends you and your trusty companion Toto to save Oz! With the help of some familiar faces, you will discover the many secrets of Oz and why things are not quite the way they used to be. Through puzzles and quests, you will find out what is plaguing the wonderful world of Oz and work to restore its luster.

Registration

Legends of Oz World can be played without registering, but registration is required to save your progress in the virtual world. During registration, all players will be asked to setup basic login information (such as username, password, avatar, etc.) and provide other information such as age and email address. Children under 13 will be asked to provide a parent’s email address instead of their own.

Registration information may be used:

• To allow access to the site
• To create a unique profile (for personalization, reward points, etc.)
• For parental notice/consent purposes (when required)
• To offer parental controls for users under 13
• Password reset purposes
• Setup billing for e-commerce

Education and learning

The Legends of Oz World has many education elements included that encourage problem solving, responsibility, and nurturing. The hours of quests and puzzles are tied directly into the story to make the problem solving fun and rewarding.

Players are required to take great care of Toto to advance in the game. Taking care of Toto teaches children the responsibility and importance of taking care of an animal by requiring them to feed, clean, and play with Toto.

Game Rules

Do not swear, bully, ask others for personal information, or say anything that would make others feel uncomfortable., Any actions that are unlawful, harmful, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, invasive of the privacy of another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate are prohibited. Do not include anything that infringes the rights of a third party, including that party’s trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. Do not use any bad words in your username or your email address. If you break any of these rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to remove the information from LegendsOfOzWorld.com and, if necessary, to delete your account without notice.

Game Currency

Yellow Bricks and Green Emeralds are the two currencies in the virtual world. Yellow Bricks are earned through playing the game and digging with Toto. Emeralds are very rare in Oz and are seldom found through playing the game. Although some emeralds can be found by playing the game, the majority of items require such a great number that these virtual items are only attainable by purchasing emeralds with real-world money. The entry level items require only Yellow Bricks to purchase, premium items require both Yellow Bricks and Emeralds to purchase, and ultra premium items require only Emeralds to purchase.

Is Legends Of Oz Free to Play?

Yes, Legends Of Oz World is free to play. We do not have a monthly subscription package. However, some virtual items are ‘premium’ items, which require purchase through the Emerald Store with real money. Your child can gain access to dozens of ‘free’ items with Yellow Bricks, earned and rewarded through game play.

Who is Legends Of Oz World for?

Legends Of Oz World has been designed for all ages and all members of the family.

Do I need special software on my computer to play Legends Of Oz World?

Is Parental Consent required to play?

A child under 13 cannot ‘chat openly’ in Legends Of Oz World. For that reason we do not require you to activate an account. However, we do require the child to provide a parent/guardian’s email address as part of the registration process. A notification of registration is sent to the given email address, with account information such as username, password, and a link to our privacy policy.

How do I make a purchase?

To purchase clothing items, Toto outfits, furniture, and more you can click on the basket titled Glinda’s store. If you would like to purchase emeralds, click on the green emerald icon next to the yellow bricks icon. When clicked, a pop-up window will appear showing you the different emerald packages available.

Will my payment be secure?

Yes, we follow PCI Security Standards to ensure that your payment will be securely handled. Our system uses fraud protection mechanisms to constantly monitor for fraud and hacking attempts.

How do I receive my purchase?

The items will be received instantly. The player’s account will be automatically updated with the Emerald credits. An email receipt will be sent to the email that was entered when signing up for the account.

What can my child buy with Emeralds?

There are dozens of premium digital clothing items, Toto outfits, and room furniture that require Emeralds. These include high quality character outfits, adorable Toto pet clothing, and luxury furniture that can be used to decorate their virtual user room.

How does the ‘chat’ system work?

Legends of Oz World is protected by CleanSpeak, the world’s premier profanity filtering and moderation technology.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your avatar name once it has been chosen. Choose wisely, there are many options to choose from.

How do I get an item that can be bought with Emerald’s only?

If you would like to purchase emeralds, click on the green emerald icon next to the yellow bricks icon. When clicked, a pop-up window will appear showing you the different emerald packages available. You’ll need to get your parent’s permission first, and ask them to enter their credit card information to purchase Emeralds.

How many accounts can I make?

You can create as many accounts as you like. Each one will result in a different username, password and welcome email.

How do I report a bug?

Please click the Report a Bug button that is on the middle, right-hand side of the game.

Does the game automatically save my progress?

Yes, the game automatically saves your progress.
